About Jennifer Tower

Great communication starts with careful listening. Every day, I challenge myself and my team to put the audience first – to find the signal through the noise and translate big ideas into compelling words and images. In my current role, I lead Internal Communications & Engagement for EY’s Global Tax service line. I am deeply engaged with senior leaders, helping them to inspire and engage 3,300 partners and tax professionals. I am passionate about helping executives find their authentic voice so they can lead with confidence as the practice prepares for a massive paradigm shift. My other priority is introducing innovative strategies to strengthen the EY brand and build trust with stakeholders. Previously, I was the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Leader for EY's $7 billion Americas Assurance service line, working with the senior team to drive transformational change, deliver sustainable growth and share a vision for the audit of the future. Prior to that, I was part of EY's US and Global BMC teams where I launched employee programs, managed crisis communications, and optimized our communication channels. I started my career as an Organizational Effectiveness consultant, honing my skills in change management and process design. This experience has proven invaluable in managing complexity and building high-performing teams; I know how to execute with excellence. Outside of work, I am an enthusiastic cook, a committed volunteer and an eclectic reader. My joy is spending time outdoors with my husband, our two daughters and our beagle, Sumo.
