As a Senior Executive Recruiter at Security Search, I leverage my extensive financial analysis background and my online marketing certificate to source, recruit, and place highly qualified candidates for C-level positions in various industries. I have over 30 years of experience in finance, working as a manager of financial reporting and planning for global companies such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, Guitar Center, and Viking Cruises. I have developed core competencies in data analysis, research, budget management, and vendor liaison, as well as a keen understanding of the market trends and challenges in different sectors. In addition to my recruiting role, I also run my own boutique marketing agency, SEAS Connect, and a women's networking group, Ellevate Vision, as side hustles. Through these ventures, I help individuals and businesses with their personal branding, social media marketing, and brand partnerships, using tools such as Sprout Social and Canva Pro. I also produce and host a podcast where I interview inspiring women who share their stories and insights. My mission is to create meaningful connections and opportunities for ambitious people who want to elevate their vision and goals in their careers or businesses. When I’m not on the job, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen mastering the art of cooking, pickleball or on my Peloton bike. I look forward to connecting!
