About Jennifer Vanloo

Jennifer began her career in 2008 at one of the largest insurance companies in Canada, before joining ICBA Benefit Services in 2022. With over 17 years experience in the group benefits industry, she brings a significant amount of specialized knowledge to clients with regard to group benefits, retirement and health/wellness programs, which is why many consider her an extension of their in-house benefits team. Jennifer works closely with clients to advise, manage, inform and educate them on the complexities of employee benefit programs as well as their value. She liaises with providers and clients to manage all facets of employee benefit and retirement programs, including the set up and development of new issues, financial reviews, amendments and market surveys. Her exceptional attention to detail, proven relationship management and personal warmth provide clients with the individualized assistance they need in managing all aspects of their employee benefit program. Jennifer holds her CEBS, GBA and RPA designations and is currently focused on completing a degree in Human Resources Management. She is passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle, as well as giving back to her community by volunteering at Ronald McDonald House and other community organizations.
