About Jennifer Ward
Hi! My name is Jennifer Ward. I received my undergraduate at Ball State University in Elementary Education. I was a teacher for 3.5 years teaching 1st and 2nd grade before I found ABA. In 2011 I began my career in ABA and a few years later I went back to school at FIT to study Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2016 I became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysis (BCaBA) and began to focus on program management, social groups, ABA training, supervision, parent collaboration and oversight of billing and treatments planning. In February 2019 I began working at Easterseals Crossroads to continue my growth with ABA and autism and I am currently the ABA Coordinator.
