About Jennifer Williamson

A business-oriented and results-driven approach, a broad and in-depth experience of in all HR related matters, the ability to combine pragmatism and strategic perspective, an expertise in change management, organization design, coaching and team-building: these are the key skills on which I rely to enable human potential and collective performance. I started my career as a strategy and change management consultant, and realized that people are key to sustain performance and profitability, and to ensure successful business transformations. This led me to pursue a career as Chief HR Officer in various industries, in contexts of rapid growth or transformation. I am a certified coach and can use my skills in managerial coaching, team-building and strategic alignment to help managers develop their leadership, to facilitate team-work and collective performance, and to contribute to a corporate vision that inspires and gives purpose. I am experienced in team-management, both directly and remotely / cross-functionally, and have good leadership skills. I am comfortable in multi-cultural environments and speak fluent English and French.
