With a foundation as a Registered Nurse and over a decade of experience across case management, operations, and training, I’ve developed a reputation for driving performance and creating collaborative, people-centered environments. From leading nurse onboarding and creating training tools to supervising contact center teams in high-pressure healthcare settings, I bring both clinical expertise and operational strategy to the table. Some of my proudest accomplishments include: Leading orientation and re-training programs that strengthened nursing performance Managing the SPOC program at Express Scripts to improve communication between prescriber offices and operations Driving process improvement initiatives and developing new training materials to boost team efficiency and service quality Supporting escalated issues with empathy and clarity while coaching team members to do the same I thrive in roles where I can lead by example, support continuous improvement, and mentor others to reach their potential.
