I have worked for Providence Medical Group for eighteen years in various roles, first in a clinical role as a medical assistant, then transitioned over to the administrative side. I have extensive working knowledge of medical terminology, experience utilizing multiple charting and medical record platforms including Centricity Business and EPIC. I am experienced in managing scheduling and insurance work queues, as well as being responsible for training new employees to their role. My current role as a financial counselor requires proficiency in utilizing insurance websites and phone processes as well as communicating effectively with patients, clinical staff, front desk staff, pharmacists,and physicians. I graduated August 2019 with Masters of Healthcare Administration degree with a dual certificate in Gerontology from Pacific University.
