The interesting part about a journey is that it is never truly completed and it never stops teaching us. My career has been a journey that has consisted of hard work, tenacity and drive. The journey started out to become an educator and truly build a legacy beyond my years on Earth. A couple of detours and side-jobs led me to my current position. If you want to hear that story-coffee is on me. At this point in my career I am excited to be part of a close-knit team that is working hard to meet a basic need for families: housing. I have quickly found a home and family within The Roller Team at Leader One that touches hundreds of lives each year through the pride of home ownership. My role as a Business Development Manager is to be an Agent's Concierge and help be the personal assistant to the buyer, solidifying a relationship with clients; not just rush them through the home-buying process. I'm excited to get to know clients and give them the personal attention that they deserve while making one of their biggest life decisions. Leader One started here in Kansas City and has been a solid fixture in the mortgage industry. Our Senior Vice President, Kevin Roller is within the TOP 1% of Loan Closers in the United States. Most Loan Officers touch 2-3 loans per month. Our team works on over 60 per day. We can do that because we have a team of Loan Officer's taking care of our clients, working when YOU work! The Roller Team works weekends, evenings, Holidays, ect. Our phones are ON and we answer no matter the time of day or day of the week. Need a weekend pre-approval? You got it! Need a pre-approval on a Holiday? Just call us! Our underwriting is IN HOUSE! That means that we can listen to our clients and do what is best on an individual basis, not just plug their info into a computer system and hope for an approval.
