About Jenny C Cadena

My experience includes the professional practice of architecture, urban design, and the academic field, which shows the versatile traits that I could offer. I worked for different firms where I was able to explore different design phases on various projects. I am capable of developing the different phases of design from design development to construction documents as well as construction administration. I can work directly under the direction of a Project Manager or Principal. I have worked on multi-million dollars hotels and high-end residential projects. I can coordinate drawings with other design members and consultants from other disciplines. My skills vary from hand-sketched details, concept drawings to 3D modeling, mood boards creations, and other deliverables. I obtained a Master's Degree in Urban Design from Columbia University in 2015. During my studies I learned to solve diverse urban issues at different scales from the rezoning of a neighborhood from one of NYC’s boroughs, expanding to work with the community from the Hudson Valley to reactivate their economy, and finally moving to a much bigger scale by collaborating with the Municipality of Suwon in South Korea.
