I started as a day porter for a janitorial company 13 years ago. I was moved around between two high rise buildings. Ten years after, a new company took over and promoted me to supervisor in the same buildings I have been working while I still was working on my bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management. A year after, the same company promoted me to area manager of the same buildings. It was God’s plan to prepare the road for me. Being able to manage the same buildings I started as a simple janitors make me feel proud of what God has done. I use my story to encourage my new hires and others around me. Today, I still manage those two high rise buildings and four more other accounts. I have 40 employees under my leadership. To God be the glory.
