About Jenny Corlett

Jenny Corlett is the Community Integration Liaison in the Office of the Vice-Principal (Culture, Equity, and Inclusion) at Queen's University. Jenny is responsible for enhancing the University’s recruitment and retention efforts by promoting the Queen’s and Kingston community strengths and working collaboratively with university and community partners to support the attraction and employment sustainability of top-talent faculty and staff. Jenny has worked in the international education sector for over 20 years, and in higher education for 27 years. Jenny is a relationship builder and thrives on helping people make meaningful connections. She is most energetic and enthusiastic when she can collaborate with colleagues to create new programs and services that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. Prior to her career in higher education, Jenny taught outdoor and experiential education at various education centers throughout Ontario. Her passion for nature, experiential learning and empowering students to realize their potential is what ultimately led to her desire to work in international education. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography and Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University.
