About Jenny Cormack

I make inefficient systems efficient. I proactively solve problems through active listening, analysis and collaboration. I enjoy managing projects and setting up processes for success. I have 20 years experience in offices applying my skills to create policies and procedures, solving staff complaints, implementing organizational procedures and ensuring offices flow seamlessly. In classrooms I recognize that behaviour is communication and I am drawn to it. I listen carefully to what the individual is saying so I can implement a system that is more acceptable to the staff and other students. I am grateful to live on the land of the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, particularly the three host Nations, the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish).
