About Jenny Cruxton

I am an experienced actuary and pensions consultant, with over 25 years’ experience in helping trustees and companies manage DB pension schemes. I support trustees and companies with challenges such as grappling with the long term financing of their DB pension schemes in order to achieve 100% payment of member’s benefits and supporting their members' experience. I enable clients to understand their key risks in relation to their DB schemes and what options are available to manage them, balancing out the risks and rewards. I lead and support Mercer’s relationship on a number of corporate and trustee clients across a variety of industries (e.g. car and car part manufacturing, information and communication technology, construction, banks, financial services) with schemes ranging in size from £100m to My clients value my clear “point of view” approach to providing advice and the positive and interactive way I work with them to assist with decision making. I have a 1st class honours degree in Physics with European Studies (German) from the University of Sussex.
