I am a pharmacy graduate from M.S. RAMAIAH UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES, BANGALORE, who has pursued a career in human resources and drug safety. I have gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Arthur D. Little, a global management consulting firm. I have developed core competencies in problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a keen interest in learning new things and working in diverse teams. As a Human Resources Intern, I supported the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires, as well as the performance management and employee engagement initiatives. I also assisted in conducting market research, data analysis, and report writing for various HR projects. As a Drug Safety Associate at Wissen Infotech, I worked in pharmacovigilance under the Moderna Project, where I monitored and reported adverse events from patient reports. I also volunteered as an Intern at FirstServe, where I helped various communities in need by participating in food banks and teaching English to children. I am passionate about positively impacting people's lives and health, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
