About Jenny Davis

As a Senior Vice President for Emerging Accounts, I am responsible for the growth of Swoon's newest and highest potential enterprise partnerships. I started my career, in staffing, as a technical recruiter - growing through the stages of sales, delivery leadership, region leadership and enterprise portfolio leadership. I have built my personal brand, in this industry, through loyalty, delivering results and transparency. I will always be a recruiter at heart, and this business runs on recruiting the best talent. My experience is in the areas of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire recruitment and management. I began my career in public relations, and quickly identified my passion for the Minnesota tech community. This led to my job at the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) where I was the Director of Member Services. The relationships forged at MHTA allowed for a successful transition into the talent and recruitment industry. In my four years with a premier IT and talent consulting firm, I developed from a technical recruiter to the Managing Director of the firm’s Minneapolis/St. Paul region. In my role with Russell Tobin and Pride Health, I utilized the knowledge gained throughout my career to better serve my teams, the talent I'm connected to, and our partner organizations. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota’s School of Journalism. I'm a networker by nature, a mom, a baker, and Packer fan since birth.
