I am a Recruitment Business Partner at Electro Automation Group, a leading provider of innovative and bespoke products and services for gates, barriers, access control, and automation systems. With over 25 years of experience in sales, recruitment, training, and customer service, I have developed excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, as well as a strong organisational flair and a proven ability to work under pressure. Under the Electro umbrella also comes Doherty Hospitality where I work with the Director of Operations on recruitment and recruitment administration for the Gastropubs and a Boutique Hotel. My mission is to provide effective and efficient recruitment and staffing solutions for the company, managing the recruitment process from end to end, including client relationship management, contract management, volume recruitment, statistical reporting, and permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the company and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. I have a keen interest in the automation and access control industry and a solid understanding of the technical and sales requirements for various roles. This expanded recently with the Hospitality Recruitment from Financial Controllers to Front of House and other relevant positions.
