About Jenny Elfsberg

A lifelong problem-solver who started out as a glider's pilot and a plumber, then became an engineer and a doctor in mechanical engineering. Been a contributor in the global innovation ecosystem since 1998, with extensive experience in R&D, advanced engineering, and strategic roles across global industry (Volvo Group) and the public sector (Sweden’s innovation agency, Vinnova). I've led many new, ambitious initiatives and I specialize in systems innovation, innovation engineering and innovation capabilities. I have also worked a lot on how large and mature organizations can foster ambidextrous organizations that balance exploration and execution. I am a leader who eat last, I help teams co-create, grow, and drive transformation with clear purpose and high ambition.
