I’m passionate about people and health. My career in physical therapy and healthcare management for 30 years has been incredible. Staying curious, I’ve completed certifications in Integrative health, Health and Well Being Coaching, Yoga RYT 200 and Neuroscience in Pain Education. I’m also a voracious reader and podcast junkie. Leadership has been another focus, selected for UI Leadership Imperatives committee, UIHC executive leadership academy, UI advanced management series and organizational leadership program. Very grateful to my patients, students and colleagues who have been kind teachers (along with my family!). Mindful each day to pause, breathe and enjoy. Excited to explore all life has to offer.
