About Jenny Hareza

I am a member of The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), and am professionally certified in Healthcare Compliance by the HCCA. I have over 20 years’ experience in healthcare operations and administration, on both the provider and payor sides of the business. In my current role I am responsible for HIPAA Privacy, Security and Compliance within Physicians Independent Management Services, Inc.(PIMS), Ruffolo, Hooper & Associates, M.D, P.A.(RHA) and Reliance Pathology Partners, LLC, and handle all associated compliance matters for the organizations. I oversee the PIMS Compliance Committee and am responsible for compliance education, audit and monitoring activities, implementing and managing company procedures and policies, as well as managing client contracts and legal correspondence for the companies and associated clients.
