About Jenny Heddle

Jenny as over 20 years’ experience in contract and commercial management in a managed services environment. She has worked on large ICT outsourced contracts with Commonwealth Departments and agencies. Jenny has been able to adapt her skills and knowledge to any contract type from traditional models to outcome based contracts. Having completed her Diploma in Government Procurement and Contracting she has a sound understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and how local and federal government operate and the complexities and legislation they are governed by. This knowledge has allowed Jenny to improve engagement and more seamlessly demonstrate governance and compliance with customers. Jenny’s strengths are her sound written and oral communication skills and her ability to articulate a solid contractual position. Jenny’s strong analytical skills assists her approach to be able demonstrate and drive corrective and reinforcing action planning through improvement initiatives. Jenny is able to build solid strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
