As BA Head of Sustainability and Segment Controller at BA Process, Energy & Water, and member of the management team, I work where business performance, strategy, and sustainability meet. My experience spans finance, controlling, sustainability, and leadership, giving me the agility to move across functions and connect the dots between numbers, people, and purpose. I bring strategic thinking, energy, and a strong commitment to people in everything I do. In my controller role, I provide financial steering and business insights — ensuring that planning, reporting, and resource allocation are fact-based, reliable, and aligned with long-term goals. I enjoy translating complex data into clear stories that guide decision-making, from operational efficiency to strategic investments. My analyses and perspectives have supported leadership in evaluating key priorities, balancing profitability with sustainable growth, and making informed choices in complex environments. A core part of my work has been driving sustainability integration across the business area. I contribute to management and board-level discussions across international contexts, helping to shape strategies that reflect both market realities and long-term sustainability goals. This has meant not only focusing on numbers, but also embedding environmental and people-related priorities into how success is measured — ensuring they are drivers of resilience and growth, not side initiatives. I am proud to lead the Green Team, a cross-functional sustainability network spanning Europe, turning ambitions into measurable impact across diverse functions and markets.
