About Jenny Kettle

My experience of admin, reception, customer service and the youth sector all has one thing in common - people. I am a people person who thrives when connecting with others and finding ways to spread joy and improve their day. My passions for wellbeing, training and development, and organisation are what drive me and keep me motivated to show up and make an impact. Using my own lived experiences, as well as research from connecting with peers, colleagues, students, and charities, I have made it my mission to spread awareness and training to help individuals and teams manage and improve their wellbeing. Be that through workshops, talks, or informally in my work/social spheres, I take on the role of wellbeing champion and motivator.
