About Jenny Krajewski

Approaching my 20th year in nursing; I have dedicated my career to the realm of healthcare, specifically in the areas of Long Term Care and Home Health. My primary focus has always been on seniors and their ability to age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes. My journey began as a staff nurse, and through dedication and commitment, I climbed the professional ladder, achieving the position of Nurse Manager. Further progression saw me take on the role of Area Director where I managed operations and oversaw and enhanced the quality of care provided to countless individuals. From there, I was selected for a secondment to support our Neighborhood Health Teams project. I remain steadfast in my pursuit of excellence and innovation in healthcare, making a meaningful impact in the industry. Today, I start a new opportunity as Director of growth and operations, where I look forward to bringing the Neighbourhood health team project to life in the Durham region. In addition to my extensive healthcare journey, I have a profound passion for motivating and empowering women in their own pursuits. With a positive mindset as my guiding light, I have committed a significant part of my life to self-care, understanding the importance of nurturing one's well-being to better care for others. My mission extends beyond healthcare, aiming to uplift and support women on their paths to success and personal growth.
