I am peiyao from Hong Kong, China. I am currently one of the shareholders of Hawksmoor and am responsible for the operation and management of the restaurant. I have an MBA from Oxford University and many years of experience in the catering industry. I am committed to combining traditional Chinese food with modern technology to create a unique dining experience. As a shareholder of Hawksmoor, I am well aware of the importance of high-quality ingredients and exquisite service. Our restaurant is known for its high-quality ingredients, innovative cooking methods and excellent customer service, and is committed to providing every customer with a unique dining experience. My management philosophy focuses on innovation, refined management and service optimization, aiming to continuously improve the quality of catering services so that customers can enjoy a more efficient, high-quality and personalized dining experience. My goal is to further promote the development of the Hawksmoor brand through innovative business models and scientific management methods, continuously meet and exceed customer expectations, and expand our influence globally.
