At this point in my career, I focus on both company culture and marketing/branding. As a marketer, I concern myself with both strategy and operational tasks, in order to tell the story of the organisation and provide value to the target audience. In order to do this as best I can, I like to learn as much about the market and its challenges as I can - I interview experts and keep up to date with any relevant developments. In my opinion, marketing is closely related to company culture - who are we as a company, who do we want to be? Does our team experience it this way, do our customers? It is all part of the story of the organisation.
