About Jenny Nance

Learning and organizational change designer using experience in high-disruption, outcomes-driven environments to develop strategies and learning experiences that drive individual, team, and organizational performance. Core expertise areas include building collaborative client relationships, designing instruction, managing complex projects, and aligning departmental activities with organizational strategy and operating environment realities. Currently, I'm a full-time Master's student at Northwestern University in Learning and Organizational change, leveraging a successful career in teaching, curriculum development, and teacher training into organizational and talent development. Right now, I'm looking for contract or project work in organizational development (OD), talent development, or learning and development to enhance the experience I am accumulating within my master's program.
