I am a seasoned professional with an extensive background in fashion and cosmetics. I worked for Stylenanda, a well-known fashion company in Korea, in a senior position. Stylenanda is a Korean cosmetics and fashion brand owned by L'Oreal, committed to providing consumers with high-quality clothing. In my work at Stylenanda, I participated in the company's strategic planning, marketing and brand building, and contributed to the company's rise in the Korean fashion market. After that, I joined Missha, a famous Korean cosmetics brand, and served as the first-level agent of ABLE C&C Missha brand. As a brand of ABLE C&C Co. Ltd, one of the three largest cosmetics groups in Korea, Missha focuses on providing consumers with high-end cosmetics, covering diversified products such as skin care, color cosmetics, and special functional cosmetics. During my career at Missha, I have worked to drive the brand's presence in the market, while also focusing on environmental and naturalistic values. I have a rich educational background, I obtained a master's degree in business analysis from Pohang National University, during which I studied all aspects of business management in depth, developing strategic and analytical thinking skills. Subsequently, I studied for a Ph.D. at INSEAD, focusing on MBA, and in-depth study of business concepts in multiple fields such as finance, marketing, operations and entrepreneurship. INSEAD provided me with a global perspective, emphasizing practical learning and practice, which supported me with the knowledge and skills to analyze and solve complex business problems in a dynamic and global environment.
