As a Staffing & Bed Control Specialist at NCH Healthcare System, I have been ensuring adequate staffing levels across the hospital for the past year. I communicate with staff members throughout the organization to obtain appropriate staffing levels according to current demand, assign hospital staff according to identified needs, and make adjustments as needed throughout the day. I also audit registry compliance, process ER admissions, direct admissions, and transfers, and update PTO and employee hours via Kronos software. With over 10 years of experience in program coordination and office administration, I am passionate about helping others and finding resources that give them the tools to succeed in many aspects of their lives. I have been working as a Program Coordinator at TALK Corporate Language Training since 2014, where I assist in all aspects of the operations of the Corporate Training department and Translations and Interpretations. I also have web designing and email marketing skills, and I hold certifications in Outlook 2010, WordPress, and MailChimp. I am fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
