About Jenny Schauman

With 8 years of experience across HR and Talent Acquisition, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of recruitment roles, industries, and global markets. I’m passionate about seeing Talent Acquisition not just as a support function, but as a key strategic driver of business success. Currently, I’m part of the Global People & Culture team at Optinova Group, where we're on an exciting journey to become One Global Optinova. In my current role, I lead our Talent Acquisition function, with one direct report and several global HR/TA partners. I work closely with colleagues in the USA and Thailand, and collaborate with external recruitment partners to ensure our processes runs smooth. I focus on supporting hiring managers across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, helping to standardize processes and drive alignment. My career spans both the Gambling industry and now the Life Sciences sector, giving me a diverse perspective on recruitment strategies and cultural dynamics. I thrive in collaborative environments and love working with people to achieve common goals and long-term impact.
