Even more importantly, I'm a wife to my childhood best friend and mom to two incredible boys. I'm insatiable in my consumption of non-fiction books and feel great pride when my 3-year-old reads an impassioned version of "Goodnight Moon" for the 17th time before bed. I'm a strong advocate for working women and the marginalized in our communities. I'm critically aware that change begins with ears willing to listen rather than voices determined to speak.
