About Jenny Siepler Moss

With nearly 18 years of experience in higher education, I lead career development initiatives as Executive Director of the Levett Career Center at Hanover College. My mission is to empower students and alumni with the tools and resources they need to build meaningful professional lives. By fostering a culture of career readiness and innovation, I aim to align our center’s efforts with the college's commitment to student success and community engagement. Collaborative, goal-oriented, and passionate about mentorship, I bring diverse perspectives to our team to champion career preparation and lifelong learning. At Hanover College, I oversee a dynamic team and implement strategies to streamline career development services. My work includes supervising staff, centralizing internship processes, and designing innovative mentoring programs like the COACH Mentoring Program and The Good Neighbor Internship Program. By partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders, I facilitate opportunities for students to connect with alumni and industry professionals. My focus remains on enhancing organizational impact through collaboration, strategic planning, and a student-centered approach.
