To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennefer Simo and I have many years experience working as a Community Support Worker/Indigenous Community Advisory Panel Co-Chair/Mental Health and Addictions Advisory Panel Member/ MCIT Subcommittee Member/ARAP Panel Member. I have transitioned within the Unity Health Toronto network and I am now working as a Coordinator for the Security Services Department at St. Michael's Hospital. My previous experiences have included but are not limited to working with the Toronto Police Services Board (MHAAP Mental Health and Addictions Advisory Panel), and the FNIIM CAP (First Nations Indigenous Inuit and Metis Community Advisory Panel). I have also worked as a Consultant and Hiring Committee Panel Member with the City Of Toronto on the pilot and program development of a new Crisis Response Service. I also worked as a Front-line Worker and am very experienced in donning and doffing PPE and following Protocol. I have many honorable mentions on my CV and postings of my work on the internet. I am a logical, ethical and committed employee who is used to shift work. I am seeing challenges and I want to serve my country and step in.
