I have worked in the the NHS at UHBW since 2004 in Adult Nursing after obtaining a Bsc (Hons) at UWE. My experience includes Urology, Surgical, Care of the Elderly, Emergency Care, and Respiratory Nursing. Since March 2020 I have been a dedicated Learning Education Facilitator specifically for supporting Trainee Nursing Associates at UHBW. This new exciting Nursing career has been now my focus to support our existing workforce to improve patient satisfaction and employee morale.
