Startup Wingwoman… But you can just call me Jenny ‍ With 17+ years of experience developing brands and leading marketing teams for businesses at every level, I’ve learned you have to be incredibly flexible as trends shift and industries change. But there’s one belief I hold true through it all: The strongest converter an organization can ever leverage is human connection. That’s why I put people — my clients, target audiences, fellow entrepreneurs — at the forefront of everything I do. With that people-first mindset, I founded Brands X Humans in 2020 to redefine the way startups develop their brand, connect with their audience, and grow beyond even their most ambitious goals BxH isn’t your standard brand performance agency, because we’re not for standard organizations. At every level — from early-stage to to growth stage startups, to PE-backed brand roll-ups — we work to establish and strengthen brand equity for a lasting legacy and profitable future. After launching BxH and taking my talents from Miami to Charlotte, I became dedicated to helping other women do the same. That’s why, in 2023, I co-founded gWen (Growing Women Entrepreneurs Network), a founder-to-founder community built to elevate female entrepreneurs, smash glass ceilings, and create a space where women from any background can succeed. Speaking of, that’s where you can find me, with my roots planted deeply in the city’s vibrant entrepreneurial scene. After honing my professional skills in major metro areas like New York and Miami, I’m passionate about uplifting Charlotte — my home for three years and counting — into a stronghold for female founders in the Southeast. When I’m not juggling all of the above, you’ll find me exploring the world with my husband Ben, our daughter Lucia, and our two dogs in tow!
