Jenny Tram is a Registered Nurse with 14 years of caregiving experience in Sydney. Jenny has experience working in multiple residential aged care homes, Multiple Sclerosis facility, primary healthcare setting, long term in the surgical and medical divisions of the public hospital. Jenny is an accredited nurse immuniser and have worked as a clinical nurse specialist, Clinical Nurse Educator and Nurse Unit Manager in a medical/surgical ward specialising in Vascular, gastrointestinal, and upper GI tract. Her speciality is wound care. Jenny provides quality care for some of the most vulnerable members of our society by ensuring that her clients receive the best possible care. Building trusting connections with her clients, getting to know their needs and risks, and developing care plans that help them live as independently as possible are all aspects of Jenny’s commitment to providing individualised care. Jenny also places a great importance on employee development, making sure that everyone on her team operates at the very highest levels of proficiency.
