I own initiatives end-to-end, including a 15+ page magazine-style newsletter, wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and employee events. Demand for the newsletter is high with all printed copies are claimed, and over half of employees download it online immediately. Recognition programs thrive, with active participation from managers and peers, reflecting a culture of appreciation and connection. I partner strategically with executives, providing thoughtful updates, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating to take action that strengthens engagement and culture. By combining strategic insight, creativity, and hands-on execution, I create programs and experiences that increase participation, foster inclusion, and inspire employees to bring their best selves to work every day.
