About Jenny Williams

With more than 20 years of active U.S. Army service and over nine years of dedicated service as a DA Civilian, I have honed my skills in leading teams, developing Army publications, instructing course modules, and implementing training initiatives across various domains. In my current role, I have successfully led multiple teams in the development of doctrine, collective training, and lessons learned collections, achieving the highest possible ratings in annual performance evaluations for nine consecutive years. I am particularly proud of my contributions to key Army publications and my authorship of proponent doctrine. My commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in my implementation of the ADDIE process for training product development and my systematic evaluations of training materials for compliance and effectiveness. I believe that my background and dedication to excellence make me a valuable asset to your team. The opportunity to serve the Army has been incredibly rewarding and I thank you for considering me for service in your organization.
