With over 30 years of experience developing and implementing international student programs, I now utilize my expertise in communication and global insights to assist clients with buying or selling properties through the world-renowned Engel & Völkers real estate firm in Sarasota/Venice in Florida, and the trusted Carolina Mountain Sales brand in Asheville. Known for being responsive, thorough, and detail-oriented, I continually strive to enhance my market knowledge and skills, ensuring that my clients receive the highest level of service. As a passionate real estate photographer, I take pride in showcasing properties with a keen eye for detail, highlighting each home's unique beauty. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Bethany, our daughter, Laura, and our two dogs, Apollo and Tillie. Whether it's taking early morning walks on the beaches of Venice, Florida, or exploring the hiking trails around Asheville, I embrace the balance between work and nature. My interests include the NASA Apollo program, propagating plumeria plants, mid-century modern design, street and event photography, and attending art fairs and live music events. As a bilingual speaker of German and English, I bring a multicultural, empathetic approach to every client interaction. My favorite books are Rocket Boys, Unreasonable Hospitality, and The Go-Giver. I also enjoy cooking and have recently taken up smoking meats and fish.
