About Jens Bergsten

Finance Recruitment are the finance recruitment experts. Together we have over 20 years of experience in recruitment. Between us we have interviewed over candidates and successfully recruited in excess of candidates in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Financial Services in Stockholm and London. This has given us a great knowledge and understanding of the roles we recruit and the industries we recruit within. By engaging ourselves in our clients’ needs and our candidates’ preferences, we match the job specification with the right skills. At Finance Recruitment we believe in specialisation and focus solely on roles in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Financial Services to ensure a quality delivery. We manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish and our clients feel secure in the fact they have a single point of contact through the entire recruitment process so that no relevant information is lost. We provide interim consultancy solutions as well as recruitment services and currently have an established network with Sweden's top finance and accounting professionals. We set high standards for ourselves and will never undertake assignments we are unable to handle. We always strive to offer our clients constructive consultative advice.
