A bit about myself.my life and work path over the past 20 years have led me to where I am today, a Human Resources Expert and Professional Coach (PCC, CPC) leading change management and organizational development initiatives for organizations in talent and leadership development and management and empowering individuals to take the next step in their personal and professional lives through Transition or Executive Coaching. I have lived through change and transition, 6 continents, more than 10 countries, in different moments of my life and in different job situations. As for my professional background, I am an HR Expert/Manager with a comprehensive track record developing, implementing and managing HR programs/projects and business processes in complex, global & decentralized organizations in Europe, South & East Asia, North and Central America, Africa, and the Middle East. I have been leading large talent acquisition campaigns, designing and implementing learning programs, facilitating organizational change management processes in performance and talent management and conceptualizing and implementing Corporate Services activities. I customized, implemented and facilitated workshops, on-boarding, induction and institutional training programs and coached and mentored colleagues, clients, vendors and business partners on a variety of topics. Furthermore, I have assessed, streamlined and implemented HR and Mobility programs and innovated quality service delivery models. In recent years I have been customizing and facilitating outsourcing outsourcing activities, including group and individual learning sessions and coaching. I am supporting private and corporate clients with executive and transition coaching, assessing life and professional objectives and identifying next steps forward.
