About Jens Stoklund

I thrive in positions with great influence on strategic initiatives and executional responsibilities of projects across multiple departments. Being a quick learner and having the ability to grasp comprensive and complex subjects, I am able to brake down large projects for tight and structured executional planning. I find the complexity of human psychology and organisational behavior interesting, and I enjoy the challenges and ongoing learnings of nudging and motivating people for certain behaviours. In the same way, when designing products or solving issues, I strive to come up with the solution that people need, and not the one they think they need. During my education, I have been taught valuable tools and theoretical concepts like Design Thinking and Agile methods, which help me define and implement better solutions. I see myself as an emphatic individual, who values honesty, collaboration, and great communication in both my professional and personal life. I see these values as necessary means for good relationships, safe work environments, and thereby great commercial results. In my spare time I am a man of many interests - including house renovation, investments, sports, negotiation techniques, tech gadgets, music, and stand-up. However, I am a big family man, so spending time with my family tends to take up the majority of my spare time in the end -)
