We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them” - Albert Einstein I am a graduate from Dalhousie University’s Industrial Engineering program, employed as a Technical Product Manager with Bell Canada. I am a highly motivated, detail-oriented and data-driven individual with relevant experience of business analysis, process improvement and product ownership in the telecommunications industry. My most recent experience with Bell allowed me to operationalize a records management system to over 180 users through completing a training needs assessment, sourcing and creating documentation to meet these requirements, and coordinating the on-boarding program. Additionally, I completed an analysis and requirements gathering on internal data entry and loading processes to identify process waste, resulting in several hours of identified time cost savings for Bell through RPA (bot) and API automation respectively. Finally, I executed a root cause analysis and implemented a control plan for the held order process resulting in an improvement on the national target to be the best in the country. I am also responsible for bridging the gap between operations and development for an internal pole workflow and database tool. Outside of the office and classroom, I am a competitive athlete, playing for 5 years as a member of the Dalhousie University Varsity Soccer Team. This has developed me into a highly skilled individual with time management through balancing academics and competition 7 days a week, including travel on weekends. Additionally, I am very familiar with and enjoy working with a team.
