About Jensine Doyle

Chemical to Petroleum to Project Engineer, with six and a half years of experience in Industry. I recently graduated with my MBA which helped me grow in my personal business acumen and role as a leader. I am a high energy, collaborative engineer with a willingness to learn and apply new methodologies to processes. Being an engineer has always played to my strengths, and helped me improve on my weaknesses. It is a challenging and fulfilling life I live, evaluating puzzles and solving them on a daily basis. I worked in Oil and Gas for the first 5 years of my career, and loved my time working with high energy teams of engineers, geologists, and the smartest data technicians. In the last year and a half, I turned my focus to the Food Industry, focusing on extracting protein from plant material. At Plantible I lead projects from construction through commissioning of a 150 acre facility focused on sustainable farming to charge the path in plant protein uses in food. I was promoted to Operations Manager after a year and a half as project engineer. Though I loved my time at Plantible, with my varied experience I had the opportunity to begin working as Project Manager at Dorado Construction Group, where I can apply both my knowledge of oil and gas and construction management at one company. I’m excited to get started! I have loved my work getting to work with so many different people in so many different areas of expertise. People are my passion, and getting to create and innovate on projects with them brings so much excitement to my life. While I love my work, I am interested in so many subjects: health and wellness, oil and gas production technologies, and the balance of renewables that we are seeing come to fruition.
