About Jeph Porter

I'm a producer, director, writer, editor with over a decade of experience in video and media. I've worked with The Second City, WGN, Disney and Sony on a variety of projects in a variety of capacities. With The Second City I produced over 400 videos for The Second City Network, the digital media platform for the world famous comedy theater. With WGN I was a producer/shooter/director/editor on over 300 remote segments for Man of the People, Chicago's first late night comedy show. I have also edited and or produced several podcast including Arm Chair Expert with Dax Shepard (2019 iHeartRadio Breakout Podcast Award Winner), Inside of you with Michael Rosenbaum, There You Are with Debby Ryan, and My Caffeine Withdrawal with Emily Kinney. In addition I have written and directed over two dozen short films and was the producer/writer/director/editor for the sketch comedy group Lady Parts which on the webentertainmentguide.com grand prize and produced a 9 episode (over 40 sketches) web series in 2010. Lady Parts was featured in Time Out Chicago and Collegehumor.com.
