As a Senior Analyst at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), I apply my data analysis, communication, and analytical skills to consult, practice, and inform organizational structures on topics related to strategic economic policy, results measurement, correspondence, workplace performance, and consumer behaviour. I have over two years of experience in this role, and I hold a D.E.L.F (Diplôme d'Études en langue Française) and a Change Management Practitioner certification. My professional mission is to build bridges between the Canadian public community and different policy leaders and business stakeholders, using behavioural science and data analytics to solve difficult problems and understand the meaning behind how humans work, consume, and interact with one another. I have a background in economics and social sciences, and I am fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole. I am also passionate about mental health and wellness, and I have a Mental Health First Aid certification.
