About Jeppe Ludvigsen

At 20 years old, I decided I wanted to become the best badminton coach, leader, communicator, and motivator I could be. I took as much relevant education as I could, and here is my coaching journey so far: Age 17: Leading my first age group in a Danish club Age 20: Becoming co-head coach of a big youth department in a Danish badminton club. Age 21-26: As a primary coach next to Head Coach Tinna Ludvigsen, the youth group won +50 Medals at Danish National + European Championships. Age 28: First Head Coaching job in a multi-time Team championship-winning club. Age: 31-34: National Coach Germany, leading the doubles department to 1x World championship Bronze, 2x Gold, 2x Silver, 2x Bronze at European Championships, and multiple Gold, Silver, Bronze on the World Tour Age 35-36: Head Doubles Coach in France, leading 84% of the doubles players to their career best achievements within the first year of coaching them. Main results would be 2x silver on the world tour and 2x Silver, 1x Bronze at European Championships, 1 silver and 1 bronze being "surprise" medals. My everyday goal is to stay true to the values I developed in close cooperation with my mentors, sparring partners, and leadership consultants. Integrity, loyalty, professionalism, curiosity, and self-care. This keeps me grounded and serves as a guiding light in the sometimes dark high-performance world.
