Now an IBMer working as a Test Automation specialist, and earlier as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Thompsons HR Consulting LLP, I help clients find the best talent for their IT and non-IT needs, using advanced tools and methods such as LinkedIn recruiting and boolean search. I have successfully sourced, screened, and hired candidates for various industries, such as electronics, automotive, and manufacturing. I enjoy learning about the job market, the HR culture, and the full-cycle recruitment process. I am also pursuing my Master of Public Administration degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University, with a focus on public administration and policy. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute, where I developed my passion for future technologies, especially those related to electronics. I have worked on several projects in the fields of the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Extended Reality, using skills such as Unity, C#, and Overleaf. I have also gained valuable professional experience as a Unity Developer Intern at Aatral, where I explored VR and AR applications and their usage in various domains. I am always eager to innovate and create solutions that can improve the present world with the power of technology. I am looking forward to learning and exploring more about the emerging metaverse and its immense growth potential.
