Easily able to move from high-level planning to hands-on training and analysis, he ensures that organizations enjoy the best possible results. Since 2011, Jerad has earned multiple promotions with the US Army, where he is currently a Recruiting Company Commander and Captain, Signal Officer (2018 – Present). Here he uses best practices to oversee 35 recruiters across 6 cities, an advertising budget of $20K, and assets valued at $2.5M. Focusing on efficiencies, he championed process improvement and lean thinking to enhance operational workflow and cut down enlistment cycle times from 32 days to 17 days. He also boosted market share from 23% to 36% compared to other military organizations and was subsequently nominated for the prestigious meritorious service medal award.
