About Jerard Brewer

Mr. Brewer is originally from Bancroft, Maine. He is a retired U.S. Marine, having served as a Combat Engineer Officer for 27 years with (14) of those years on active duty. Jerard has also been a defense contractor and worked as a Training Analyst with SAIC in Quantico, VA; spent (13) months in Tikrit, Iraq as a Deputy Project Manager with KBR;(15) months in Diego Garcia as Procurement Manager with Centerra-Parsons Pacific, and most recently,(5 years) as a Senior Military Analyst with Prevailance, Inc. at NEXWDC, Little Creek, VA. In Sep 2022, he was hired as the NEXWDC N9, to oversee the Expeditionary Warfare Tactics Instructor, Program Management Office for the Command. The mission is to develop force integrators and tacticians who can provide NECF integration expertise to Naval Operating Forces; Inform and evaluate EXW concepts and doctrine; support rapid development and refinement of expeditionary tactics and provide real-time integrated training and advanced assessment activities throughout the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
