Hi, I'm Jeremi and I have spent the last 17 years solving problems through design. I have worked in top tier design agencies and consultancies (ex Deloitte Digital and ex DEPT®) working on award winning projects with multidisciplinary teams. I am a design team lead on the tools, working on digital transformation projects for some major international brands, across multiple industries mostly in Australia but also in Hong Kong, France and The Netherlands. Here are a few brands I have worked with: Chanel, Accor, Philips, Signify, Rebel Sport, WorldVision, Coles, ANZ, Peters, Yves Rocher, Deakin University, VicRoads, Telstra, Sportsbet. I can successfully work on major and high visibility digital transformation projects (web and app)- I lead discovery phases for projects with visual design concept delivery - I set up design teams according to project, client and need - I link visual design to brand story and values - I work with development teams to implement visual and motion design solutions - I work with development teams to implement designs into world wide known platforms like Adobe Experience Platform or Sitecore - I ensure high design quality is delivered throughout ‍ I lead and shape teams of designers - I improve design processes and create new ones - I help designers grow and I train them - I lead in different types of design environments (agency and product)- I recruit designers that are going to fit and thrive I love learning from clients - I bring clients on my side and make them advocates - I learn from different industries - I design tailored design solutions I help business grow - I identify creative opportunities - I enhance commercial proposals and pitch work - I do quality assurance across all creative deliverables I like meeting new people across different industries.
